I have been working with babies and families for the past 18 years as a nurse, doula, and Lactation Consultant. I am a working mother of two and experienced many breastfeeding challenges myself.

I love helping families get to know and understand their babies as they find their way through the puzzling days of breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, introducing solid foods, and everything in between.

I am passionate about working with families who have medically complex feeding situations such as a cleft palate or lip, torticollis, babies with down syndrome, tongue restrictions, and babies who spent time in the NICU.

My goal is to help you find the best next steps for you and your babe, to help you all grow, and to find ways to enjoy the journey.
